I serve as Managing Director and Integrator at Scarlett Harper Commercial, a commercial real estate investment sales brokerage based in Boca Raton, Florida.
I lead recruiting, broker development and operational execution, working with the founder to turn the firm’s operating model into a functioning business. My responsibilities also include revenue growth and my own investment sales and relevant leasing work.
That work includes developing our brokers, establishing activity and accountability standards, organizing deal support, and building the systems that support consistent execution.

My career spans more than twenty years across brokerage, investment and executive leadership in Florida and Texas. Prior roles include Managing Director at CBRE, Director of Leasing at Avison Young and Managing Director and Market Leader at Foundry Commercial.
I also served as a company officer and leasing executive within a commercial real estate investment trust with a portfolio valued at more than $700 million, and have started and run brokerage and investment companies.
